In the Vineyard:
Sunny and dry Monday-Thursday. Scattered showers Saturday and Sunday.
In the Wine Cellar:
Installed 4th racking system. Looks good--pictures to follow.
In the Tasting Room:
Getting ready to integrate new storage system.
Week ending 8/10/2003:
In the Vineyard:
Mostly cloudy and humid with scattered showers Monday through Sunday!
In the Wine Cellar:
Added more bottles to the new racks.
In the Tasting Room:
Organized a few items.
On the Website:
Updated the journal. Added highlights of our Hudson Valley trip to Millbrook Vineyard and Winery to the '2002 Vineyards' section.
Week ending 8/17/2003:
In the Vineyard:
Mostly sunny with moderating temperatures and reduced humidity. Canopy management. Initial refractometer readings: Cabernet 4, Riesling 4 brix.
In the Wine Cellar:
Getting ready for the upcoming display rack.
In the Tasting Room:
Major reorganization. Tasted the 2000 Lindeman's Bin 40 Merlot (nice balance with plum, berry, and oak).
On the Website:
Updated the journal. Added highlights of our Hudson Valley trip to Cascade Winery & Restaurant to the '2002 Vineyards' section.

Mostly sunny with moderating temperatures, light rain Friday night-Saturday morning. More canopy management.

Getting ready for the upcoming display rack. Received a shipment of yeast and other ingredients for this year's crush.

Major reorganization continues.
