Summertide (semi-dry Seyval Blanc)

Harvest Red (semi-dry rose)

Vintage Coeur de Lion (Cabernet Sauvignon, Marechal Foch in a soft, Beaujolais style)

Vintage Vignoles (late harvest)

Heavenly Daze (winter warmer style with cinnamon, lemon zest, vanilla beans and lemon juice)

Strawberry wine (sweet aroma, dry wine-- who knew strawberries could do that?)

Millbrook Vineyards & Winery:

2000 Chardonnay: light touch of oak, mlf, creamy texture, hint of lemon and vanilla

1999 Chardonnay Proprietor's Special Reserve: using grapes from the vines we just strolled through, full-bodied, well-integrated, hint of apple, melon

Hunt Country Red: 58% Cab Franc, 21% Cab Sauv,  21% Merlot.  Tasting notes say jammy blackberry and plum notes, and that's what it is.

2000 Cabernet Franc New York State: w/ 19% Merlot and 5% Cab Sauv. Rich midpalate, plum, earthy notes, soft finish.

1999 Cabernet Franc Hudson River Region Estate Bottled: w/15% Merlot, 9% Cab Sauv, rounded midpalate, blueberry, cassis flavor notes, full finish.
