Birthday celebration/bottling festival.  The Crew bottled the 1999 RavenLark Zinfandel, Night Owl Zinfandel,

Alicante 'Natural', and Hunter's Moon Alicante.

Week ending 9/16/2001:

In the Winery:

Crushed 204 pounds of Merlot, 9/15!  Added pectic enzymes, 9/16.

Week ending 9/23/2001:

In the Winery:

Merlot SG = 1.102.  Pitched yeast (2 x EC-1118, 2 x RC212), 9/17.
