Week ending 7/15/2001:

In the Wine Cellar:

Added fining agents to the 2000 Riesling, Cayuga, Rosso 1118, Rosso/Alicante 1118, and the Rosso 212.

Re-bottled the 1996 Chardonnay, 1996 White Zinfandel, and 1998 Merlot (sediment issues).

In the Vineyard:

Planted 3 cuttings of a Gewurtztraminer hybrid, 'Traminette'.  Pruned the Riesling and Cabernet.

In the Tasting Room:

Organized equipment, decorative items. 

Week ending 7/29/2001:

In the Vineyard:

Planted 4 Cabernet Franc, 2 in the Vineyard, 2 in pots for later.  Pruned the Riesling and Cabernet.
